Team member for course creation of EMMURSSD: The Effective Mentoring of Minoritized and Under-Represented Students Seeking Doctorates, or EMMURSSD (pronounced “immersed”), a professional development program that focuses on retaining under-represented and minoritized (URM) graduate students by strengthening faculty mentoring.

Main responsibilities included course and content development, coding D2L course, video interview, and documentary style creation. Utilized interviews to create introduction video that emphasizes the importance of course content and the reality of the lives who are affected.
